Utilise the Ricoh fi-7300NX WiFi network scanner to allow capture of your documents or images from a variety of locations in your offices via touch-screen, web or mobile interface. Alternatively scan via the Lemmana Web UI using standard TWAIN compliant document scanners

Utlise the REST API to integrate with or into virtually any application, or alternatively leverage out of box connectors to Document Logistix DM5, Nuxeo, Box, Microsoft Office 365 and other CMIS compliant repositories to store or process your documents and captured data.

Lemmana Content Services differs from this approach. Let your users train the system using the everyday documents you receive. They simply identify the document classification and select the data needed.
In the background, AI and Machine Learning models are automatically created for use on new incoming documents.
These models are then applied to newly scanned or uploaded documents.
The document classification and data captured can then either be redacted and / or released into your document management system for storage, compliance or marrying to one or more of your workflow processes.

Nuxeo is reinventing Enterprise Content Management (ECM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM)
The Lemmana plugin for Nuxeo allows documents stored inside the Nuxeo platform to be submitted to Lemmana Content Services for OCR, classification, data extraction and/or auto-redaction. This is achieved using Lemmana Content Services AI, Machine Learning and Computer Vision algorithms. The data and classification results are then returned to Nuxeo automatically.
